WARRANTY POLICY

THIS DOCUMENT IS ESTABLISHED TO DEFINE THE WARRANTY POLICY THROUGH WHICH WE WARRANT THE PRODUCTS, CUSTOMER HAVE PURCHASED FROM US TO BE FREE FROM MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE. WE SHALL PROVIDE LIMITED WARRANTY OF SIX MONTHS ON THE MOBILE ACCESSORIES SOLD UNDER THIS INVOICE AS PER THE BELOW GIVEN WARRANTY TERMS.

WARRANTY POLICY

  1. THE WARRANTY IS CONFINED TO THE FIRST PURCHASER OF THE PRODUCT ONLY AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE.
  2. THE WARRANTY PERIOD STARTS ON THE DATE OF THE INVOICE ISSUED TO END CONSUMER AND ENDS ON THE SAME DAY 6 MONTHS LATER.
  3. THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NORMAL WEAR & TEAR OF PRODUCT OR ACCESSORIES.
  4. WARRANTY WILL BE VALID ONLY WHEN ORIGINAL PURCHASE INVOICE AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING ARE PRESENTED TOGETHER FOR CLAIM. REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT DURING WARRANTY PERIOD SHALL BE CARRIED ON RTB / “CARRY IN” BASIS.
  5. OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PART/S, WHICH IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE.
  6. IN THE EVENT OF REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF ANY PART/S OF THE UNIT, THIS WARRANTY SHALL THERE AFTER CONTINUE AND REMAIN IN FORCE ONLY FOR THE REMAINING PERIOD OF THE PRODUCT WARRANTY.
  7. WE WOULD REQUIRE 10 WORKING DAYS FOR PROCESSING OF WARRANTY CLAIMS. THE PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED ONLY UNDER EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES AT OUR DISCRETION.
  8. ALL DISPUTES RELATED WITH THIS WARRANTY ARE SUBJECT TO EXCLUSIVE RAJKOT JURISDICTION ONLY.
  9. WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN FOLLOWING CASES:
    • IF THE STIPULATED WARRANTY PERIOD AS DETERMINED FROM PROOF OF PURCHASE, HAS EXPIRED.
    • THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS AS STATED IN INSTRUCTION MANUAL, AS DETERMINED BY US.
    • MODIFICATION OR ALTERATIONS OF ANY NATURE MADE IN THE CIRCUITRY OR PHYSICAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE PRODUCT BY THE PURCHASER OR UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
    • IF THE PRODUCT IS TEMPERED BY WAY OF INSTALLATION /REPAIR WORK BY ANY UN-AUTHORIZED PERSON / AGENCY.
    • SITE (PREMISES WHERE THE PRODUCT IS KEPT) CONDITIONS THAT DO NOT CONFORM TO THE RECOMMENDED OPERATING CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT.
    • THE ORIGINAL SERIAL NUMBER IS REMOVED, OBLITERATED OR ALTERED FROM THE PRODUCT.
    • IF THE PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE PHYSICALLY DAMAGED, RUSTED, WET /MOIST OR BURNT.
    • DEFECTS CAUSED BY HOUSEHOLD PETS, RATS, COCKROACHES OR ANY OTHER ANIMALS OR INSECTS.
  10. IN THE EVENT OF ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCE, AND SPARES NOT BEING AVAILABLE, THE COMPANY’S PREVAILING DEPRECIATION RULES WILL BE BINDING ON THE PURCHASER TO ACCEPT AS A COMMERCIAL SOLUTION IN LIEU OF REPAIRS.
  11. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE THE COMPANY IS LIABLE FOR LOSS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
    • THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST CUSTOMER FOR LOSSES OR DAMAGES.
    • LOSS OR DAMAGES TO RECORDS, INFORMATION OR DATA.
    • ECONOMIC CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOST PROFITS.

WARRANTY POLICY FOR SAME PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES – THIRD-PARTY MARKETPLACE OR WEBSITE HAVE THEIR OWN RETURN POLICIES AND WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER IT. WE DON’T HONOR WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ANY PLATFORM OTHER THAN OUR WEBSITE. KINDLY REACH OUT TO THE RESPECTIVE SELLER FOR MORE DETAILS.
